Young CEO Program: A Leadership & Entrepreneurship Adventure (Ages 7–9)

The Young CEO Program is a six-month entrepreneurial and leadership curriculum that introduces children aged 7 to 9 to essential skills in innovative thinking, financial literacy, creative problem-solving, and confident decision-making. This is not an enrichment class or extracurricular add-on—it is a rigorously designed, research-informed entrepreneurial education built to develop real-world leadership competencies. Through a combination of video-based mini-lectures, world-first entrepreneurial storytelling, and interactive leadership challenges, learners are empowered with the practical tools needed to imagine, plan, create, and lead.

The Young CEO Program spans six months, divided into four weekly modules each month.

Monthly Arc of Learning  
Month 1: Introduction to Entrepreneurship & Leadership Children discover what it means to think entrepreneurially, lead confidently, and create boldly.  
Month 2: Entrepreneurial Thinking & Innovation Learners cultivate creative problem-solving and structured innovation, building skills in idea generation and critical evaluation.  
Month 3: Financial Literacy & Economic Confidence Children gain practical skills in budgeting, savings, decision-making around money, and basic economic concepts critical for young entrepreneurs.  
Month 4: Idea Development & Strategic Planning Learners translate innovative ideas into actionable entrepreneurial plans, learning structured planning and decision-making frameworks.  
Month 5: Teamwork, Negotiation & Collaboration Children develop essential collaboration skills, learning to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and achieve shared goals.  
Month 6: Presentation, Pitching & Leadership Showcase Learners build and present their entrepreneurial projects, demonstrating leadership growth, innovative solutions, and confident communication.  

Certification & Recognition  
Upon completion, each learner receives a prestigious GIYA Certificate of Entrepreneurial Leadership, signed by program mentors, suitable for inclusion in their Global Impact Youth Council profile or early learner portfolio.
