The Global Impact Youth Academy developed She Leads Now as a six-month developmental programme based on research which aims to develop young females between 10 and 34 years old. The program curriculum incorporates GIYA’s proprietary 36Q™ Framework based on evidence which measures growth in personal awareness and emotional intelligence as well as courage digital literacy and global responsibility by drawing from modern research in developmental psychology gender studies and transformational leadership.
Participants progress through six sequenced modules: The six sequenced modules include Identity and Inner Strength followed by Digital Dignity and Discipline leading to Courageous Communication progressing through Purpose and Personal Leadership moving to Respectful Relationships and Responsibility and concluding with Legacy and the Radiant Impact. Every module includes four weekly learning cycles which contain a narrative video lecture together with a long-form audio case study, an applied learning task, an affirmation exercise and a formative assessment. Learners' confidence development is tracked over time with 36Q™ metrics to provide practical feedback on their disposition and skill growth.
She Leads Now combines story-based teaching methods with reflective practice and goal-oriented activities to enable learners to express their true selves while executing ethical leadership and creating positive social impacts. The programme offers an academically challenging and globally pertinent educational experience that prepares future female leaders to manage complex situations with deliberate strength and grace for educational institutions, youth organisations and families.
