Rise Within™ emerges as a sacred return for girls who learn to shrink, edit themselves, or stay quiet due to societal conditions.

Rise Within™ represents a six-month comprehensive journey to transformation from the Global Impact Youth Academy (GIYA) which merges healing practices with identity restoration and leadership training within a culturally relevant framework. The program assists girls who wish to transition from silence to powerful expressions of their voice and purpose along with confidence.
Not a Course. A Return to Self.
The Rise Within™ program does not focus on instructing girls about becoming something specific. The program focuses on helping girls rediscover their true selves.
The proprietary GIYA Framework™ guides girls through a step-by-step process from inner restoration to outer expression which begins with healing their inner child and progresses through recovering their voice to owning their power as purposeful leaders.
The learning process is based on liberation rather than performance.

Rise Within™ developed its unique approach from CASEL research and Harvard’s Human Flourishing project but was not replicated from their systems and instead served girls who were absent from those programs.
The new healing-centered learning model achieves global first status through its foundation in equity while ensuring emotional dignity reaches every girl from townships to shelters to rural classrooms and inner cities.
